@nutritionbynish and myself will be collaborating on a series of dietetic posts and to start it of we’ve decided to share a popular South Asian recipe, which we both made this week.

It’s a vegetable bhaji, called aloo gobi, which is essentially potatoes and cauliflower, but we’ve chosen to add in some peas and carrots too, it’s a really flexible dish so you can add in any veg you like!

It’s also a great example of a dish to recommend if your South Asian patients are looking for ways to incorporate more plant-based meals.
