Hi everyone, I have recently been speaking to a nutritionist and aspiring dietitian on Instagram about the Nutrition Societies Journal Club. It is £20 for a graduate membership for the year and each month they pick a journal to critically analyse under the format of a webinar/lecture. This months journal is focused on different types of fruit and vegetables and how they are prepared has an impact on blood pressure. I thought this sounded really interesting and I am aware in our final year of university we undertake journal club so thought I would share this with you all if people would like extra practice or a head start!
